The Andover Area Chamber of Commerce hired long time Butler County resident Becky Wolfe to fulfill the role of President-CEO of the organization in August 2015. Becky worked for the El Dorado Chamber of Commerce from 1989 to 1994 before taking the role as Executive Director for Leadership Butler, Inc., serving in that position for 20 years. Becky has served in many volunteer roles across Butler County, including board member and later Board President for the Augusta and El Dorado Chambers of Commerce. She has extensive leadership development training and certification through the Kansas Community Leadership Initiative and the Kansas Leadership Center as well as a Master Facilitator certificate. Becky has continued to work with Chambers, businesses and organizations through facilitation of their strategic plans and team building activities.
Holly Hart has been with the Chamber since September of 2019. She spent the early years of her career as the administrator of a natural gas processing plant before deciding to become a stay-at-home mother when she and her family moved to Alaska to pursue her husband's career and experience the Great Outdoors. She spent many years on the PTA board serving as Secretary then President, as well as serving on the Site Council at her children's school. She and her family moved to Butler County in 2012 to be closer to family. Holly brings to the chamber a strong background in administration and an education focused in marketing and communications.
