    Description: Successful insurance agency looking to add a new Customer Service Specialist to the team. Will be providing customer service support to existing and new clients. Will be required to possess or obtain if not already possessed, Property & Casualty License within first 90 days of employment.

    Must possess the following experience and skills:

    • Strong customer service experience, professional interaction with customers/vendors/staff/management
    • Office management techniques (answering multi-line phones, data entry, filing and various other clerical duties)
    • Effective oral and written communication
    • Proficiency with technology (MS Office, preferably Excel & Word)
    • Maintain confidentiality
    • Ability to be persuasive, tactful and diplomatic

    Attire: Business Professional

    Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30a-5p
