Gabby leads efforts to grow and strengthen Chamber membership through outreach, relationship-building, and engagement initiatives. She helps businesses understand the value of membership and connects them to opportunities that align with their goals. With her strong belief that relationships are at the heart of growth, Gabby is passionate about being a cheerleader for Andover’s business community and making sure members feel supported, seen, and celebrated. She coordinates member onboarding, assists with networking programs, and retention, and prospect outreach—often serving as the friendly face you’ll see at ribbon cuttings, networking events, and community gatherings.

An Andover High School graduate (Go Trojans!), Gabby went on to graduate from Kansas State University (Go Wildcats!). This is her first role in the nonprofit sector, and she’s finding the work both deeply fulfilling and perfectly aligned with her lifelong passion for helping others thrive.

Outside of the Chamber, Gabby is married to an Andover Fire Rescue firefighter, and together they’re raising two spirited red-headed kids who both attend Andover schools.

Originally born in England, she now enjoys life in her hometown filled with reading on her back deck, trying out local restaurants with her husband, and lots of park trips, soccer games, and swim lessons with her kids.
