    EXECUTIVE OFFICERS

    Michelle Ruder - Board Chair: Michelle is a trainer and an educator. She is the Director of the Business Education & Training Analysis division at Butler Community College at the Andover campus.

    Steve Shook - Board Vice Chair:  Coming to the Chamber as the owner of Music Scene in Andover, Steve has been an active member in the Chamber for 6+ years. Steve is currently in his second term on the Chamber board.

    Shane Loy - Board Past Chairman: Shane is the director of the Andover YMCA and has been in Andover for 6 years. Shane brings to the Chamber many years of nonprofit experience and his knowledge of the Andover area, businesses and residents. 

    Sherame Kneisel - Board Secretary: As the CFO for the USD 385, Sherame provides a background of numbers and genuine insight to the Chamber Board. She is the official record keeper for the Chamber and Sherame has a high level of organization for the board and staff.

    Kathy Walter - Board Treasurer: Kathy is the Executive Director for Flinthills Services with a satellite office in Andover. Kathy resides in the community and has become active in several community events. As treasurer, her knowledge of budgeting and forecasting is an asset to the Board and staff.

  • Briana Gallegos - Rodan+Fields: Briana owns a home-based business in the Andover community. She lives in the community and has a knowledge of the business community in which the Chamber serves. Briana is a member of the Ambassador Committee of the Chamber.

    Brian Cook - Emprise Bank, Andover Branch: Brian is an appointment to the Board to fill a vacancy. He has lived and worked in the Andover community for several years and the Chamber is excited to have him serving on the Board.

    Carmen Trissal - Facial Expressions: Newly elected to the Board, Carmen brings another service and retail perspective to the Chamber. Her enthusiasm and energy is catching! She has recently gone through a major move and complete renovation in her new spa. Carmen also serves on the Women's Conference Committee of the Chamber.

    Kyle Fritzler - Vornado Air:  Kyle comes to the Chamber from one of our major manufacturing industries in Andover. The Chamber is excited to have a manufacturing perspective on the Board of Directors. Kyle recently became a member of the Business Support & Development Committee of the Chamber.

    Kent Schmidt - KeSch Construction: Kent is the owner of a local construction company and is newly elected to the Board of Directors. His ties to Andover have been strong for many years. It's exciting to have Kent serve on the Board of Directors for a 3 year term.

     

     

  • Troy Tabor - City of Andover: Troy is on the Board of Directors representing the City of Andover as he serves on the City Council. He provides knowledge on city issues and opportunities for which the Chamber needs to know.

    David North - Flint Hills National Golf Club: David is newer to the area and had become involved is a few Chamber events. When asked to serve on the Chamber Board, he readily agreed and is just beginning his second year on the Board. David also serves as the Chair for the Business Support & Development Committee.

    Stephanie Skaggs - Andover State Bank: Stephanie is the Chair of the Events Committee of the Chamber and is involved in the planning and implementation of all fundraising events for the Chamber. She is serving her second 3-year term on the Board.

    Dr. Rebecca (Becky) Sparks - Sparks Eye Care:  Dr. Sparks is a small business owner on the South end of Andover. She is filling a board vacancy for 2 more years. She has been involved in several Chamber coffee events and is now serving on the Women's conference committee.

    Dusty Buell - Sunlight Children Advocacy Rights Foundation:  As a new director of SCARF, Dusty comes to the area with an intense nonprofit background. He is serving his first term as a Board of Director for the Andover Area Chamber of Commerce.
