    EXECUTIVE OFFICERS

    Shane Loy - Board Chairman: Shane is the director of the Andover YMCA and has been in Andover for 5 years. Shane brings to the Chamber many years of nonprofit experience and his knowledge of the Andover area. 

    Tricia Wilson - Board Past Chair: Tricia and her husband own and run ICON Structures in the outskirts of Andover. Tricia and her family live in Andover and her children attend Andover schools. Tricia brings to the Chamber past chamber work with the Wichita Chamber and her business knowledge from running a company.

    Jodi Ocadiz - Board Vice Chair: Jodi has owned Shelter Insurance business for 17+ years and has been right here in the Andover community for the entire time. Her excitement for the Chamber and where it is headed is catchy. She brings her knowledge of the Andover community to her work with the Chamber.

    Sherame Kneisel - Board Secretary: As the CFO for the USD 385, Sherame provides a background of numbers and genuine insight to the Chamber Board. She is the official record keeper for the Chamber and Sherame has a high level of organization for the board and staff.

    Kathy Walter - Board Treasurer: Kathy is the Executive Director for Flinthills Services with a satellite offices in Andover. Kathy resides in the community and has become active in several community events. As treasurer, her knowledge of budgeting and forecasting is an asset to the Board and staff.

  • Dave Dvorak - Flint Hills Wine & Spirits: Dave is serving his last year of his second 3-year term with the Chamber. He has become a great advocate for the Chamber, serving on the Ambassador Committee and sponsoring several events. He is also a very accommodating to Chamber staff by making sure there is nothing the staff needs.

    Brandy Mitchell - Capitol Federal: Brandy is completing her last year of her second 3-year term. Brandy moved through the Executive officers and became Board Chair. She provides great challenges to the board as well as great ideas.

    Steve Shook - Music Scene: Steve began serving on the Board of Directors almost 3 years ago. He offers a retail/service perspective to the Chamber and the decisions being made on behalf of the membership. Steve is active on the Events committee of the Chamber.

    Sonya Drake - Andover Senior Center: As one of the previous Andover Chamber Directors, Sonya brings a perspective of Chamber knowledge and the perspective of Seniors in the Andover area that is greatly appreciated.

    Briana Gallegos - Rodan+Fields: Briana owns a home-based business in the Andover community. She lives in the community and has a knowledge of the business community in which the Chamber serves. Briana is a member of the Ambassador Committee of the Chamber.

  • Troy Tabor - City of Andover: Troy is on the Board of Directors representing the City of Andover as he serves on the City Council. He provides knowledge on city issues and opportunities for which the Chamber needs to know.

    David North - Flint Hills National Golf Club: David is newer to the area and had become involved is a few Chamber events. When asked to serve on the Chamber Board, he readily agreed and is just beginning his first year on the Board.

    Stephanie Skaggs - Andover State Bank: Stephanie is the Chair of the Events Committee of the Chamber and is involved in the planning and implementation of all fundraising events for the Chamber. She is serving her second 3-year term on the Board.

    Michelle Ruder - Butler Community College: Michelle's business training background through BETA provides the Chamber with knowledge and resources on what businesses want/need in training and education. Michelle is a member of the Events Committee of the Chamber.
