Lori Cullum

Chamber President/CEO

Lori has a background in nonprofit leadership and a Master’s in Strategic Fundraising and Philanthropy, she brings a strong foundation in service, fundraising, operations, and community engagement to her role.

Known for her collaborative and relational leadership style, Lori’s vision is to unify Andover by bringing together the Chamber, local businesses, the City, Butler Community College, and Andover Public Schools. She focuses on building partnerships, fostering innovation, and creating opportunities that strengthen the local economy and improve quality of life. Her guiding principle is simple: when businesses, schools, and community organizations work together, Andover thrives.

Lori provides overall leadership and strategic direction for the Andover Area Chamber of Commerce and the Andover Chamber Foundation. She ensures the Chamber operates efficiently and that all resources are used effectively to serve members and strengthen the local business community.

Lori oversees strategic planning, organizational growth, and long-term community impact initiatives to keep the Chamber relevant and responsive to Andover’s evolving business landscape. She leads the development of major initiatives such as The Hub Andover coworking space and the Andover Business Partnership (Business Retention & Expansion program).

Outside of the Chamber, Lori enjoys staying active through workouts, reading, and spending time with her dogs. She treasures time with her husband and bonus kids, and she can often be found volunteering or serving at her church. Her commitment to community extends beyond her professional role—reflecting her belief in living a life of purpose, connection, and service.
