A dedicated Chamber member since 2015, Molly brings more than a decade of leadership and operations-management experience to our team. She has served the Andover Area Chamber of Commerce as both an Ambassador and a Board Member, championing member engagement and organizational growth.

Molly provides vital day-to-day administrative and operational support for the Chamber office. She helps keep systems organized, manages member information, assists with event logistics, and ensures visitors and members receive a warm welcome.

Her behind-the-scenes support ensures that events, programs, and communications run smoothly for both members and staff.

Molly’s professional background spans small-business ownership, nonprofit management and fundraising, and community outreach. Locally, she sits on the board of the Andover Police & Fire Foundation and lends her time to several charities. She’s also active in a BNI networking chapter, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and collaboration.

When she’s not supporting businesses or giving back, Molly enjoys traveling, tackling DIY projects, and spending time with her friends and family, which includes a Kansas State University junior, a recent Andover Central graduate, and a third grader.
