Marketing Associate
Rachelle manages the Chamber’s marketing and communications efforts, ensuring members, sponsors, and the community stay informed and engaged. She helps share the story of Andover through social media, digital content, newsletters, and event promotions—bringing creativity, consistency, and connection to the Chamber’s brand. Whether she’s spotlighting local businesses, supporting the next big Chamber initiative, or amplifying member stories. Rachelle is passionate about making sure the community feels connected, supported, and celebrated.
Rachelle also produces and promotes the Chamber’s podcast, Andover Amplified, which highlights local businesses, community leaders, and stories that showcase Andover’s growth.
A proud Andover native, Rachelle graduated from Andover Central High School, earned her Associate’s Degree from Butler Community College—where she was also a member of the dance team and met her now-husband, Austin, —and went on to complete her Bachelor’s in Communication at Wichita State University. With deep hometown roots and a heart for building relationships, she loves being part of something that helps Andover grow and thrive.
Outside the Chamber, Rachelle is a busy homeschool mom to three energetic boys. Her days are filled with family adventures, spontaneous kitchen dance parties, and plenty of iced coffee (even when it’s freezing outside). When she finds a very rare quiet moment, she’s outside with her family soaking in some Kansas sunshine.
